Dame Flora Duffy is Bermuda's first Olympic gold medalist, claiming victory in the women's triathlon at the Tokyo 2020 Games and carrying the island onto the world stage as never before. A multiple-time World Triathlon Champion, her career is defined by relentless dedication, consistency, and a commitment to performance at the very highest level.
The award established in her name is dedicated to empowering young Bermudians who demonstrate that same exceptional potential, supporting their development as they pursue the highest levels of achievement in their sport.

Funding may support one athlete in any given sport, or a junior development program focused on future elite performance.
Applicants not currently receiving elite athlete assistance are eligible to apply.
